We offer business coaching and related consulting services to clients nationwide. Services are delivered online unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

All fees must be paid in full before services begin unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

Payments are in U.S. dollars.

Refunds, if applicable, are outlined in the specific service agreement or invoice. Otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Sessions must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations may be forfeited.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We provide strategies, guidance, and education, but results depend on your own actions. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided are owned by DC Coaching and protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our materials without written consent.

8. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Participate in good faith in coaching sessions

Avoid any unlawful or unethical use of our services

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DC Coaching shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DC Coaching, its owners, and employees from claims or liabilities arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Prince William County, VA, except claims that qualify for small claims court.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and are effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
